Summer Choices

At Village Academy North we give you the broadest range of Summer Choices for your child.  From ages 4-13, we have it planned – and we have more experience with Summer than any other child care center is the county.  So please read on and decide what is the best Summer Choice for your child – Summer Camp, Specialty Camp, or Curiosity Camp. Boom Science at Village Academy North

Village Academy North and Boom Science are teaming up to provide 4 amazing, interactive camps: Science Theater; BlastOff! Flight Camp; Rockets & Rollercoasters; and Giggles Science Curiosity Camp.  Giggles Science is for ages 4-7; the others are ages 5-13. Each camp is four days long, from 9 am- 2 pm.

STEM Camp

Looking for a way to make summer fun and educational?  We are preparing the first STEM camp (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) in Northeast Florida.    We will devote one week to each of these disciplines, and really make the subject come alive – it is summer, after all.  See the brochure on our Forms and Resources page.

Summer Camp

The Village Academy has long been known for offering the most outstanding Summer Camp in St. Augustine and Northeast Florida.

This year our Summer Camp is known as Camp Have-A-Blast!  We again feature new themes each week, and the weekly activities and field trip will support that them.  We will also have guest facilitators and special activities related to the theme of the week.  Of course, one of our weeks is the incomparable Olympics Week. In addition to Theme Weeks, we also have all your favorite activities such as daily swimming, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games, and much more.  Again this year we will feature overnights on certain weeks.

Your child may attend full- or part-time, with only a two-week minimum.  We encourage all campers to register for full weeks when possible as every day is different and packed with fun and excitement.  Plus, it helps build stronger teams and better friendships.  Enrollment from North is limited to 25 campers so don’t delay – enroll soon!

The weekly fee is $176 and that includes transportation to and from The Village Academy, lunch, 2 snacks, and most field trips.

Your child may attend 3 or 5 days per week, with only a two-week minimum. Please call 904.824.7997 soon - attendance is limited to 25 children!

Curiosity Camps

Because of popular demand we are bringing back our Curiosity Camps.  These are 1-week summer mini-camps for ages 4-7.  Camp meets Monday through Friday from 9 -12.  There is no registration or materials fee, and the price is just $80 for each camp.
