Preschool Summer Camp (ages 2 through 5)

Come Discover, Learn, and Explore this Summer at Village Academy North!

Our preschool summer camp has a full daily schedule of activities that will ensure that your child is learning while they have fun over the summer. Our unique preschool summer camp curriculum includes themed weeks with many corresponding activities that allow for daily science exploration, cooking, art & creation time, water play, and music and movement. The preschool summer camp schedule allows for the incorporation of theme related early literacy and mathematical concepts that are taught in an exciting, multisensory way. To enhance student’s learning experience, our preschool summer camp includes in-house field trips and guest visitors as an extension of our weekly summer themes.

Children who have recently completed VPK will participate in our Junior Camp at Village Academy North rather than attending our School Age Summer Camp. We have found that this transitional year of camp in the preschool environment is less overwhelming than attending our large School Age Summer Camp at The Village Academy (our South campus).  Our School Age Summer Camp program is designed for children who have completed Kindergarten through 13 years of age.

Curiosity Camps

In addition to our preschool summer camp, we offer six weeks of Curiosity Camp.  Curiosity Camps are specialized enrichment camps focused on a specific topic and are intended for children ages 3 years through recent VPK graduates.  These camps are a week in length and offered at an additional charge from 9:00 AM to Noon each day.  Early registration is strongly encouraged.  Our Curiosity Camps have become well known in our area and space is limited.
